...Aaaarrghh... - Full Discography

...Aaaarrghh... was formed in the year of 1994 with the name of “Aeon” and as a Death Metal band. At the end of 1996 the demo "From The Darkness I Am Called" was recorded but not released. In 1997, the second demo "Spirits Of The Ancient Ones" faced the same end because the band broke apart after a short time. In 1998 it was decided to go on with two members. The five-track Black Metal demo "...aaaarrghh..." was recorded in the summer of 1999 under the name of "Sagansara". Due to the labels' tendency to catch the trend, it also wasn't released. After spending years away from musical activities, band name was changed to "...aaaarrghh..." and eight tracks was recorded in the autumn of 2004 under the title "Ruhlar Fýsýldýyor".
Ruhlar Fisildiyor (2004)
Let me start by saying that the only reason I decided to check out this band was because the band name is so dumb that I just had to hear what this band sounded like. However, upon listening to this album, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite, being named after a grunting noise, this band is a fairly impressive black metal outfit. This Turkish duo play melodic, speed driven, black metal that bears some resemblance to old school Darkthrone. Rythmically, the music is mostly fast paced and rarely strays far from the all thrash/blast beats mentality. However, the band switches it up just enough to keep from being monotonous, and since most of the songs are pretty short, the album doesn't get tiresome. Riff wise, this band churns out a seemingly endless supply of fast, melodic, riffs. Even though the guitars rarely slow down, all the riffs flow nicely into one another. Bass is very present on this album, but doesn't really stand out, but provides the right amount of bottom end. The vocals on this album are a kind hushed, raspy, black metal whisper, which is different from many black metal bands since the vocals are not overpowering. However, all the lyrics are in Turkish, so most people wont have a clue what this band is saying. Atmosphere is provided to the album via occasional nature sound samples and sparse keyboards. While ...Aaaarrghh... may not be braking any new ground they are still a goo black metal act and are certainly worth a listen.

Ölüm Kadar Soðuk, Ölü Kadar Soluk (2006)
This album has spirit, pace, aggressiveness, some good musicianship and most important of all, it is flowing, thanks to the melodic riffs that project a dark atmosphere on their own. They are not melodic through usage of keyboards and faggot riffs, but preferring to play something more worthy to listen to than to raise the urge to destroy just like what Marduk and similar bands do. The drumming carry the music all through the album, never giving a sign of lack of energy, neither showing the urge to mess everything up for displays of technicality and to show off. Bass guitar, as in the previous album, gives the strong structure of the back-end on which the whole music stands strong. The tracks have consistency, the instruments have consistency and the album is eventually a compact shredder. Production is at a high standard relative to many Black Metal bands; nothing is too much standing out or seemingly getting lost, but everything is at the level where they should be in order to create a strong and pressurizing sound. If you like those old Norwegian and Swedish Black Metal bands, give it a real, hard listen without underrating the band with prejudices; you will not be disappointed. I’ll give it a beautiful 85, 15 points off to save for the next, for releasing it as mp3 and making such an obsessive man like me go mad because of not being able to know what the fuckin’ lyrics are all about.

A.N.A.E.L. - 4 New Tracks!!!!!!!!!

Fuck yeah!!!! After long waiting I get it! 4 new tracks from new album which will be released at this year! Yes, these guys change your style from Industrial Electro Death/Black Metal for Industrial Electro Metal, but this modern music is very excellent and great! I haven't any words, I just want to say for you - LISTEN IT!!!!!!!

A.N.A.E.L. - Page 04 (2002)

Created end of 2002 by Oilid, A.N.A.E.L. published a first CD "Page 04" which was distributed by the label Necrocosm. Manu, Julien & Jerome then arrived to tour with Oilid. A.N.A.E.L. PLAYED AROUND 50 SHOWS. Some "Page 04" tracks appeared on french and international compilations. "Page 04" is acclaimed by the media! "A strong and promising potential" Hard'n'Heavy. "A talented compositor" Metallian "15/20" Hard Rock Magazine

I was agreably surprised to receive this release. A.N.A.E.L. didn't do things by half ! A very heavy sound so as to turn it to maximum volume in your car, in order to compete your technoman fellow! I've listened to "Page 04" many many times to check if my fellings about it are right. The sound is remarkably good, despite a slightly sur-mixed voice. What must we expect when we are talking about A.N.A.E.L.? Well I might say : electro metal in general. There are some pounding guitars which remind me of the heaviness of Rammstein, especially "Thyresias". But look out! A.N.A.E.L. is not only a pounding band, there are also many melodious passages. Clear voices are very well mixed and in tune, sometimes melted with vocals full of effects. Piano passages are excellent and depressive, which perfectly suit me. I'd like to draw your attention and believe these words : listen to this album many times, and bit by bit, you'll discover many details and subtleties in the arrangement of "Page 04". Very strongly recommended! 9.5/10

A Javelin Reign - The Wrath of the Rice Cooker (2003)

Fuckin' Technical Death/Grind Metal from Canada. For fans of Black Dahlia Murder & Cephalic Carnage.
I publish it in VBR quality, because I want to know your ophinion about this album. I will order this CD and I will publish it in High-Quality, if you will want it. I listen this album and I would say that music is no bad.Canadian make good Technical metal-meat. Recommended!

Decapitated - The Negation (2004)

This is Decapitated's 3rd album, and also their most well-balanced one. It can most easily be described as a mix of Nihility and Organic Hallucinosis - a little of the chugs and weird time sigs of the former, and a little of the aggressive riffage and song structure variety of the latter. It's mostly between the two regarding velocity, and it features Sauron, the old vocalist.

A Gruesome Find

Great Melodic Death/Black Metal from USA in spirit of such bands as Amon Amarth & ...And Oceans, Absu & Emperor. P.S. I don't have these albums yet, but soon I will order it on CD!!
The Fire That Burns In Hell (2003)
This is the first album of the demons from the states. Stylistically this is a mixture of early Absu and Emperor of course they have also some personal elements, the songs are all over four minutes and they have a progressive touch such as in "Summoning the nocturnal spirit"ќ that starts with a piano melody that later evolves into a black metal song but the initial melody it is kept and appears later in the song ,and there are also again some progressive combination in the rhythm and not many black metal bands dare to play in such manner. The only pure black metal song is "Blasphemous Bloodstorm",ќ a song of have summoned by these four demons. There are some passages in the song "Devoid of humanity"ќ that are making me shiver at so much anger developed, such high seed that interrupted by slow breaks and that the holocaust is unleashed again! One of my favorites songs also is "...as the wind blows in darkness"ќ another song influenced by black metal that has some high speed passages, a pity that the speed in not kept on the entire song. This is an album to check out! 90/100

Minions Engage (2005)
A Gruesome Find is one of the best black metal groups I've heard that have come from the states. The guitars start out the intro for the tracks and are closely followed by the drum beat. Everything is laid down quite heavily, as a black metal band should do, but not so heavily as to be idiotic and make them seem desperate to come across as dark. The vocals are well utilized throughout the tracks, though they occasionally follow an odd pace that seems to force them to end early or late. This sounds a bit odd and could probably have been remedied if the vocals were sped up or slowed, depending on the necessity, at those moments. The drums and guitars are incredibly well used, working together to lay down the beat in a way that blends them together into a perfect sound. This album is really good, the only thing A Gruesome Find needs to work on is the timing for the vocals in my opinion. A great album. Key Tracks: The Nightmare Within. 100/100

Of Blood And Nobility (2007)
Hell Fuck Yeah!!!! Here we have the latest album from "A Gruesome Find"! A Gruesome Find is an unsigned band based in the USA and I'm quite surprised about that because this is some serious and good shit. They have financed this album by them selves and is full with high quality and tight fucking black-death metal that is brought in a digipack format. A Gruesome Find has released a small list with satanic sounding black/death releases, those can be found at their band section by following the link bellow this review. The start of this album "Of Blood and Nobility" begins with an nice played old school and almost thrash metal kind of guitar riffs but is taking a complete turn to some hellish aggressive black-death moves. The tempos on this album are mainly fast and up-tempo alternated with here and there some slower moves. The production is fucking excellent on this disk and I have already a favorite track on this cd which is the second track named: "Into the Realm of Darkness" with cool played heavy death metal tunes mixed with fast and single snare blasting black metal riffs. Well, the whole disk is full with awesome material and found out that I have more favorite tracks on this album release. The high-pitched vocals are unbelievable aggressive and sounds fucking killer as it should be with this kind of hellish attacks. The four headed A Gruesome Find recorded twelve oblivion and technical black/death tracks in the studio with a complete playing time of 54 fucking minutes. That's almost a hour of high quality classic black death with a modern flavor. This sick disk is definitely a recommendation for the death metal and the black metal fans. So don't fucking wait and check these guys out it's really worth the money to grab this in digipack format full length. 100/100

Acephala - Infraction Cerebral Occupation (2008)

Acephala started in the middle of 2004 by Val (drums) and Dooms (bass). After some time they've found good guitar player Tokis. From this time main target was to create one of the most brutal death metal band in Ukraine and well recognised band in world UG scene. Music stuff was orientated to the new wave of brutal death metal with roots from faster & heavier bands ever. We played a lot of gigs before we've recorded our first promo 2007 at "Hot Jam Studio" after that work, Dooms left the band. Then Acephala recorded it's first album "Infraction Cerebral Occupation" with Maxuta on vocals, who became a part of the band. Album was released in january 2008 under Sound Age prod. and More Hate prod. Now band have full line-up with Evgen on bass and Podmigor on second guitar. So we are on a way to second full lenght album, and have a lot of future shows.
Brutal death metal from Ukraine for fans of DISGORGE and DYING FETUS!!!

Evil Scarecrow - Sixty-Six Minutes Past Six (2009)

I didn't post anything for quite a long time, but now I'm here with this masterpiece, so... Be happy, and start downloading. I will start with the fact that this is a "parody metal" band. That means the lyrics are not serious at all. After you heard this, you would think the music is shitty too... BUT! Believe me, it's rare to hear something that awesome in the black/thrash metal genre. Warning: "Sixty-Six Minutes Past Six" has very well written melodies through all of the songs, so it probably won't be your satanic true raw stuff.

Mordicus - Dances From left (1993)

There's a festival in my town and I'm busy enjoying life, so I don't have much time to write down what I think about obscure bands, so I'll just leave this fine piece of Finnish death metal here. Have a nice day.

Abruptum - High-Quality Discography (Re-upload)

Abruptum was formed in 1989 by IT and All. IT had planned to create the band already in 1987 but it wasn't until 1990 that he found the right member to do it. The same year they recorded their first two demos. After the release of the first demo they kicked out their bass player Ext. After the release of a 7" EP All began to drink heavily and was forced to leave the band. IT then found a new member in Evil from the young band Marduk. The band became kind of famous very much thanks to the fact that IT was one of the leaders within what was called the Satanic Black Circle. As IT left the scene completely after several events within the circle and threats to him and his family, Morgan continued the band on his own, and decided to put an end to Abruptum in 2005.
Obscuritatem Advoco Amplectére Me (1993)
Have you ever felt the compulsive need to slice your wrists or those of all the people around you? Have you ever truly gazed into the Abyss? Have you seen the crimson demon wings demanding utter obedience and urging your pathetic waste of flesh to commit unspeakable atrocities? This album gives me just that. From the very first second you get plunged into the darkest depths of Satan's Hellish empire. Darker than black and infinitly more bloody than all the gore bands combined, this is extremely wicked and unpleasant. The chaos and pain that It and Evil have put to tape is so vile that mere human words fail to describe the sheer evil that drips from my stereoset. All things unpleasant and distasteful suddenly become very rewarding. In this trip of blasphemy and intolerance all that is human gets stripped from your soul until there is a bleeding corpse left. Upon closer viewing you realize that the corpse is you. This album is pain, suicide, rape, torture, violence, intolerance, war, all things evil into one burst of negative emotions. There is no way anyone can review this album with a musical point of view. How can you give a musically based judgement on something that is not, nor tries to be, music? The rating above is simply a matter of taste. Very effective to be played at maximum volume in a completely lightless surrounding. It will truly kill your sanity.

In Umbra Malitiae Ambulabo, In Aeternum In Triumpho Tenebrarum (1994)
Hailing from Sweden, Abruptum is not unknown to anybody who enjoys good audio-terror/noise recordings. I've sat here a couple of hours and thought of a proper way to review something like this, but it is pretty hard. Let's take it step by step, shal we? In this particular recording Abruptum consists of IT (Tony Särkkä) and Evil (Morgan Håkansson, also in Marduk) creating a soundtrack of your nightmares. “Listening to them can be described as lying in bed with 43 degrees fever while having someone slashing your wrists.” This is how Regain Records describe Abruptum’s pieces. I can say that this is exactly the way Regain describes it. This piece is also very different from Abruptum’s demos which have some sort of linear structure with some sort of death-ish riffs and deep growls. This recording has pretty much no regular riffs or a rhythm throughout. It is just 60 minutes of pure audio torture. It’s been said that the members were torturing themselves while recording their pieces and that I think that can be true, the screams are no regular growls which Abruptum overwhelmed us with in their demos and early recordings. These are pure screams that reflect anguish and pain. I think there is no point in debating the lyrics since I think there aren’t any. Instead, Abruptum’s creative minds have brought forth a recording that contains more than guitars, bas, drums and vocals. We can also hear violin, synthesizers and other special effects, but the instruments are somehow sublime, the drums and the vocals dominate the recording, in my opinion. The drums are slow most of the parts here, but that is no disadvantage whatsoever. Another factor that dominates this recording is the echo that gives a feeling that this recording takes place in a dungeon. The feeling in this recording is enormous. This is no recording meant for the feeble hearted or people who do not appreciate art in general. I consider Abruptum as art, although the geniuses behind it may seem as madmen. This recording is one of those that go down in history as a masterpiece. But that is just my opinion. Listen to it and let your nightmares loose.
==> DOWNLOAD <==

Evil Genius (1995)
Abruptum's "Evil Genius" compilation constitutes their most accessible and coherent efforts and is ideal for a new listener. Regardless, they're still an extremely bizarre and abrasive group, and the criticisms and attacks against them are understandable considering their aesthetic, style and sound are generally difficult to stomach. Personally I can't get enough of the primitive filth found on this album, and I even enjoy their three follow-ups which are even less inviting and listener friendly. While most people will either laugh or cringe at these guys, there are some who dig the most uncompromisingly harsh stuff around regardless of the goofs who make it. I most especially recommend this to fans of gritty demo stage death metal (or death/doom) rather than fans of early black metal, on account of it fits in a lot better with the former than the latter. Abruptum remain a weird little gem in my eyes and I'll continue to feast my ears on this unearthly masterpiece.

Vi Sonus Veris Nigrae Malitiae (1997)
“Vi Sonus Veris Nigrae” weird, abstract and abysmal noise. If you expect some Black Metal don’t buy this, because this not Metal at all. This is the kind of thing that must be listened when angry, or when you are planning to kill someone. Here you will find agonizing screams, drums, sometimes noise coming out of a guitar and some chants in the background. This is pure audio hell, this will scare the shit out of any person not associated with Black Metal, or as well some will find this ridiculous, depending on their point of view. So if you need some dark background music probably you will enjoy this, but don’t buy it expecting to hear music, because it is not.

Zyklon Discography

Zyklon is a Norwegian blackened death metal band formed in 1998 by Samoth and Trym of Emperor, along with former members of Myrkskog. Their style has been defined as modern death metal with black and industrial undertones. As of October 2007, the band is on hiatus.
All the band's lyrics are written by former Emperor drummer Faust, who is currently a member of Casey Chaos' side project SCUM and Italian industrial black metal band Aborym.
Despite Samoth having been in a previous Emperor side project called Zyklon-B, the two are not related; Zyklon B is the name of a lethal gas used by German Nazis; "Zyklon" is, according to Samoth, a play on the word "cyclone," since the word is spelled syklon in Norwegian.
yklon's debut album, World ov Worms, showcased extremely fast riffing and blast beats. However, after this release, Zyklon's line-up changed drastically, and the official line-up became Samoth, Trym Torson, Destructhor, and Secthdamon.
Zyklon's second album, Aeon, exposed the band to media attention, and videos were made for two tracks, "Core Solution" and "Psyklon Aeon."
The band's third effort was recorded from November to December 2005 at the Akkerhaugen Lydstudio in Norway; Disintegrate was released in May 2006 to great critical acclaim. In October of 2007, the band went on hiatus, according to their official website

Anaal Nathrakh - Full High-Quality Discography

Anaal Nathrakh was created for one purpose - to be the soundtrack for armageddon, the audial essence of evil, hatred and violence, the true spirit of necro taken to its musical extremes. Since being founded in 1999, the band has gained a reputation for embodying precisely these things, with a history including not only the release of four albums and an EP to rapturous acclaim, but collaborations with such legendary figures as Attila Csihar (Mayhem), Shane Embury and Danny Herrera (Napalm Death), Nick Barker (Testament, Dimmu Borgir), Joe Horvath (Circle of Dead Children), Sethlans Teitan (Watain) and so on. This, alongside appearing on BBC Radio 1 at the personal behest of sadly missed icon John Peel, headlining a stage at the renowned cult Inferno Festival in Norway as their debut international live appearance, countless placings in ‘best album of the year’ polls and album of the month awards in the press and cover appearances on leading magazines such as Terrorizer… Anaal Nathrakh’s status as one of the leading lights in extreme metal is undeniable. Hallmarked by breathtaking musical ferocity, inventiveness and breadth, married with a mercurial, intensely misanthropic and sharp intelligence, Anaal Nathrakh’s sound is imbued with a palpable sense of menace that is virtually unmatched in metal. And as 2009 begins with the world apparently going to wrack and ruin, the band unveil their latest merciless, deranged, schizophrenic album ‘In The Constellation Of The Black Widow’.

Anaal Nathrakh Demo (1999)
This demo basically consists of 4 good-length tracks. The self-titled tracks stands out and it shows a band that's willing to play relentless, fast and raw Black Metal. Necrodeath is another fast track with a lot of standard tremelo riffing and of course, the underground sound. The third track, Iceblasting Stormwinds (Part I), though paced, is perhaps the most musically rich song of the album. It shows that these guys did have a lot of potential from the beginning. You can ever heard solos throughout the demo on each track. The last track, Carnage, is a pretty mediocre track and makes the experience boring. It's got blast-beats and fast riffing but I'm not blown away by it. To sum it all up, this demo does show this band's willingness to produce fast, underground Black Metal and I'm sure had they continued doing this, they would've become the premier UK Black Metal outfit.

Total Fucking Necro Demo (1999)

The Codex Necro (2001)
This is an album for those unafraid to step headfirst into the apocalyptic sounds of modern Black Metal. Unrelenting and challenging it may be, but this is genuinely one of the most rewarding albums ever to have represented the field of extreme music and will doubtlessly become a classic milestone in years to come.

Total Fucking Necro (2002)
Making it through this album in one sitting is a tough endeavor; the unrelenting blastbeats, poor production, searing tremolo picking, and guttural scream of V.I.T.R.I.O.L. make sure of that. If you're looking to get into Anaal Nathrakh, I wouldn't recommend starting here. The sound is simply too raw. Go pick up The Codex Necro to get a better idea of what this band was about during this time in their career. If you like that, come back and give “The Technogoat” another listen in its original format.
Tracks 1-4 taken from "Anaal Nathrakh" 1999 demo.
Tracks 5-9 taken from "Total Fucking Necro" 1999 demo.
Track 10 from unreleased "We Will Fucking Kill You" 2001 demo.
Tracks 4 & 8 are Mayhem covers.

When Fire Rains Down From The Sky, Mankind Will Reap As It Has Sown EP (2003)
All in all this is one of the strongest Eps I have come across. It picks up where the debut left off but continues to evolve at the same time. If you are new to this band and are looking for some ferocious and devastating black metal that will stay in your CD player for weeks, look no further. If you are already familiar with Nathrakh then add this one to your collection now!
Attila Csihar - All vocals on 'Atavism'
Sethlans Teitan - guitar on 'How the Angels Fly In' and 'Genesis of the
Antichrist'

Domine Non Es Dignus (2004)
Anaal Nathrakh has changed. This is not the same band that released "The Codex Necro." While the aethesticism has remained the same (nihilism, misanthropy), the sound has changed much.
Death metal drumming, clean vocals, falsetto's, death metal vocals, black metal vocals, more melodic riffs and solo's, and much cleaner production. The only thing musically that's similar, really, is Irrumator's insane goddamn shrieking. This is definitely a more mature Anaal, and hopefully they'll continue along this path for their next album.

Eschaton (2006)
This album is no less than incredible...and sounds like none other; something Anaal Nathrakh are no doubt priding themselves on. This is definately one album that HAS to be in the collection of any fan of extreme metal. The soundtrack to armageddon? Listen to this and you'll believe that it's already here.

Hell Is Empty, And All The Devils Are Here (2007)
All in all, this album is their best effort so far in my opinion, and one of the best metal efforts in general. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is regarded as a classic in 20 years. It is advised to remove valuable or breakable objects from your room when listening to this, you might spontaneously jump up and start moshing with your furniture. Anaal Nathrakh truly emptied hell, all those devils are right next to them and they make sure we know it.

In The Constellation Of The Black Widow (2009)
All in all this is a fast, short, angry black album by great musicians, filled with eccentric and organic riffing, amazing and ever-changing vocals, which marks both a return to the roots of the band and a step forward, towards evolution. This band, as I ever so subtly implied at the end of the previous paragraph, is now closer to brutal death metal and grindcore than it is to black metal, but the core melodies and vocals still tie them somehow to a black metal profile, not to mention their past musical efforts. To close a review of such a particular effort by such a particular band, I could say that this album's sound is probably what it would sound like to mix such an elegant and well-thought album like Eschaton and mixing it with the bold rawness and aggressivity of Codex Necro.

Dismember Discography Full Quality

The band was formed in Stockholm in 1988. The band begins recording in early 1991 and released her debut, Like an Ever Flowing Stream in 1991. The album became an early example of Swedish death metal and established a base of fans that would grow with the release of Pieces in 1992. The song "Skin Her Alive" was accused of obscenity in the United Kingdom, by the banda was successfully defended. In 1993, the Obscene and Indecent banda spear, his most successful album, featuring his most famous theme: "Dreaming in Red", the video clip was presented frequently on MTV's Headbanger's Ball. Like many other Scandinavian death metal bands, Dismember started playing a more techno sound with Massive Killing Capacity, more melodic touch but without losing the essence of Death Metal, with a very good response from the public. Even so, they decide to return to his style Death Metal. In 2000, trying to regain possession of their first two albums, released a heavier album. Musically from Obscene and Indecent and Massive Killing Capacity, Hate Campaign was not (deliberately) taken seriously by Nuclear Blast, since this was the last album released to Dismember. Instead they have preferred to Nuclear Blast Dismember as an icon of the past (symbolized by Like an Ever Flowing Stream and Indecent and Obscene) exploiting and keeping these two disks, re-releasing new editions. Dismember sign for Karmageddon Records in 2004 released their only album under that label entitled Grow Where Ironcrosses that sounded very similar to Hate Campaign, and is heavily influenced by Iron Maiden and Autopsy. Change company again in 2005, signing for Regain Records

Accu§er - Full High-Quality Discography

ACCU§ER are a thrash metal band from Kreuztal, Germany that formed in the early 80's. Despite never being able to land a contract with a major label they continued to release a string of successful underground releases before finally disbanding in the mid-90's. After their demise, guitarist Frank Thoms and René Shultz formed a new band called Scartribe. However, whenever Scartribe performed the fans demanded to hear Accuser material, so in 2002, Frank and René decided to get Accuser back together. The saga continues...
The Conviction (1987) / Experimental Errors EP (1988) Re-released in 1997
This is a 1997 CD reissue of Accu§er's first two albums on one disc. Both discs are outstanding, raw and speedy thrash metal, not unlike fellow German thrashers Kreator, Sodom and Destruction. Being that this is true, I wonder why these guys never reached the plateau of success or don't have the underground following that these bands have. Perhaps it was marketing, or maybe it was the terrible cover art, because it sure isn't the music. Everything is in place, right down to the epic songs, technical song structures, raw vocals and aggressive delivery.

Who Dominates Who? (1989)
This was the first Accu§er CD I had ever heard. It was al surprise gift from a good friend from overseas who knows my tastes in music and knows I can't resist a good thrash band. Accu§ER play late 80's technical thrash metal with a raw aggressive edge. Their sound is similar in style to what many of the German thrash bands of the times were doing, which is just fine in my opinion as I love this style. I wish there were still bands left that sounded like this: speedy riffs, fast solos, pummeling double bass and aggressive, yet coherent vocals. The mastering on this CD reissue is a bit weak, but that is easily remedied with a crank of the volume knob. This one kept me thrashing for weeks after I received it and had me on an instant search for the rest of Accu§ER's catalogue.

Double Talk (1991)
Mosh it up baby! What we have here is some fast and furious, technical thrash with serious Bay Area influences. I hear little of the German influence on this disc, as was on some of their past albums. Accuser's "Double Talk" could have been released with the flood of Bay Area thrash that was being released in '91 and they would have been ahead of the pack. Unfortunately they had no U.S. distribution and little in the way of marketing so instead of being leaders, they were relegated to having an underground cult following. Not unlike early Kreator and Destruction, however, Accuser have more aggressive, gritty, shouted thrash metal vocals than do bands like Testament, Exodus, or Forbidden. Lyrically the band comes down hard on the US government in songs like "Double Talk" and "Flag Waver" in which they refer to Americans as "hypocrites" and the American government as "the war machine," which explains the cover art a bit. They also cover topics such as the killing of animals for such ridiculous things as beauty products ("Sadistic Terror), being a slave to money ("Money (Don't Stink)") and alcoholism ("Alcowhore"). One minor irritant is the mastering on this disc is a bit low. Crank it up and this problem disappears and you are once again moshing in the halls of your home. By the way, I should also mention that this Accu§ER page is being brought to you courtesy of an American fan!
==> DOWNLOAD <==

Repent (1992)
I wasn't sure what to expect on this disc, being that there is such a change in style from the three disc that proceed "Repent" to the ones that follow. However, be assured that "Repent" is fast becoming my favorite disc by Germany's Accu§ER This is just utter annihilation set to a mosh beat. This particular album put Accu§ER aside bands like Believer for technical thrash metal superiority. Every song is just straight forward thrash, with the possible exception of "Metal Machine Music" which adds a bit of an industrial flare. Despite the misleading title and cover art, Accu§ER are not a Christian band. One read through the lyrics and one can see that the band is criticizing the hypocritical and greedy leaders of the church who use Jesus as a means to line their pockets and control people. This particular CD was impossible to find, until a Japanese trader emailed me. Man, the internet is so cool. Anyhow, we hooked each other up. He found me two CDs that I could never seem to find in the US and I found two for him that were very obscure metal titles.
==> DOWNLOAD <==

Reflections (1994)
Reflections is a pulverizing, knee-jerking, neck-snapping, head-banging assault to the ears. Accuser add some new, more modern ideas to their already aggressive thrash sound and come up with a cross between Machine Head and Testament with a Megadeth-like accessibility. This is one of those discs that are dangerous to play in your car because speed limits tend to be forgotten. Accuser are certainly one of the best, albeit one of the most unknown, of the thrash metal genre. Century Media released this disc in America with similar artwork and the exact same track listing and order. As far as I know, this is the only Accu§ER to see release in the US Should also mention that "Reflections" was produced by Alex Perialas who is know for his work with such bands as Testament and Wrathchild America.

Confusion/Romance EP (1994)
Killer EP featuring two covers, two originals, and two live tracks. "Head Like A Hole" is a Trent Reznor track and one of the best on the disc. "Driver's Seat" is a cool thrash meets acoustic cover of the British band Sniff 'n' the Tears' 1978 song "Driver's Seat". (Who the heck are Sniff 'n' the Tears?) An obscure cover no doubt, and one that took me a while to figure out. The two live tracks sound almost as good as the studio tracks. Both songs are performed tight and are well recorded. Glad to finally get this EP, the last disc to complete my Accu§ER collection.

Taken By The Throat (1995)
This album is just freaking brutal. Thoughts of Sepultura meets Carcass came to mind as I was thrashing my car speakers the first time I popped this disc in. How this band never made it outside Germany, like fellow thrashers Kreator or Destruction is beyond me. The vocals take on a slightly hardcore yell, as opposed to the more thrash like singing of their earlier albums. The guitar riffs on this album are outstanding and would leave Pantera with jaws dropped to the floor. I'm not 100% sure of this but I think this was the band's last release after close to ten years together. I assume that the band was frustrated by a lack of success after releasing so many stellar albums over the years.

Abhor - Vocat Spiritum Morti (2004)

With a remarkable songwriting, intensely powerful, ABHOR can be compared with the earliest Cradle of Filth because of their intelligent use of keyboards, the emphasis of song's quality and the astonishing knowledge of the instruments. OCCULT BLACK ART!!!

Ablaze In Hatred - The Quietude Plains (2009)

One of my favourite Death/Doom metal groups! This is Finland, the country of eternal depression, cold and oppressive atmosphere. Now in High-Quality!

Abstrakt Algebra - Abstrakt Algebra (1995)

Abstrakt Algebra was founded upon the initial breakup of Candlemass by bass player Leif Edling.

Abstract Rapture - Democadencia (2008)

Abstract Rapture does nearly everything right, the only thing I am missing is more variety (which is more present in the last songs) in their music and a bit more of the “dirtiness” of rock´n´ roll cause a few parts seem to be too calculated and predictable! If the Band will act more from a gut reaction or impulsively in the future, I can predict that the next record will blast everything away and that they will conquer and rough up the whole modern Metal scene. Nevertheless they did a very good job! Abstract Rapture = A name to remember.

Abstract (Re-upload)

Beautiful Atmospheric Death/Dark Metal/Instrumental withoiut vocals! Synths & keyboards take very dark and gloomy atmosphere! Music in spirit of Arch Enemy and other Sweden MDM groups! My best recomendations for fans of MDM and simply relax beauty music! Enjoy!

Absorbed - Reverie (1999)

This has to be one of the least aggressive things with the tag "technical death metal" I've ever heard. Especially considering how when I hear it, I feel as though it should be more aggressive than it actually sounds. I would suppose it's mostly to do with the lack of drum presence and aforementioned instrument's slowness that creates a perception of slowness and sedentariness. Then again, the guitars aren't particularly fast either. The only real exemption from any of this would be the only track that was given a name on this album "Disgust and Hate", which is really a thrashier song than anything. They even ditch the death growls for a throaty punkish snarl in said track. Regardless of how "un-intense" I think this album is, I won't deny it's a worthwhile listen. They've got riffs that are absolutely stunning in their beauty and the laid back atmosphere makes the experience better, somehow. Hell, this stuff puts the same feeling in me I have when I hear some Charlie Christian playing. Well, Charlie Christian with death growls in the background. The guitars sound very natural, as though you can hear the guy playing through his amp with very little filtering. There is a tasteful use of effects like note swells on what I'm assuming is a keyboard (Like, around 2:23 on track VI), and throughout the album one can clearly make out the damp thud of a bass, which occasionally plays some short breaks during tracks. The vocalist approaches his lines with a voice that approaches brutal death metal in terms of depth, but will vary his performance from time to time. As the album is available for free download, there is really no reason to not look into it. One of the few tech death albums I would ever call relaxing.

Divine Heresy - Bringer of Plagues (2009)

A lot of people define this band as "pop death metal", but this stuff isn't really pop nor death metal. It's more like agressive, techy metalcore with a sick fuck, namely Tim Yeung, on drums. I downloaded this because I loved the single that came out before (Face Breaker), the clean vocals in that one are great. The rest ranges from mediocre to good, but don't expect anything brootal.

A Forest of Stars - The Corpse of Rebirth (2008)

The production on this record is relatively clear and balanced. The guitars have just enough distortion, and the bass is audible beneath everything, which I always appreciate. I also really enjoyed the violin: the band uses it as a primary instrument throughout, just as a second guitar might be used. A flute is occasionally present as well, along with synth and piano. The drums are extremely crisp and clear, and I especially like the bass drum sound, which is subtle, yet just enough to add punch. The tracks with both violin and guitar sometimes seem a bit too treble-heavy, though, so maybe they could have used more of it? The vocals are right up-front in the mix, and are quite varied, from a harsh, tormented male voice to clean female vocals. This album represents a turning point in black metal history. The doors have been opened to more music of the same nature and that's something I will take delight in.

Infested - 1000 Doors (2009)

I once read a review where this album was compared to Cephalic Carnage, Ion Dissonance and Skinless. I love all three bands but they seemed totally arbitrary in this comparison. I gave 1000 Doors a try anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only that, but as weird as it sounds, the comparison was pretty accurate! It sounds like various styles of death metal mashed together with a modern, but dissonant sound. Add a slight bit of late Ion Dissonance chugs and weird riffs but with less tricky time signatures, Cephalic Carnage style experimental-ish death, and some pummeling midtempos. The production is crystal clear and they've added some electronic effects, noise, and acoustic interludes to add to the awesomeness. It's hard to describe 1000 Doors but I recommend you give it a try, you won't regret it. It's also a sure contender for my top albums list this year.

Abrasive - Awakening Of Lust (2007)

9 tracks of rotten, mostly mid-tempo brutal death metal in the style of old Asphyx & Pungent Stench. The music flows pretty easy and every song has a variety of rhythms, from groovy beatdowns to full blastbeat explosions & thrashy parts. There’s a slight problem with the sound, ‘cause it’s a bit blurry & bassy, but that shouldn’t keep you away from checking those guys out! Not really original, but they got the fucking spirit….. and that’s the thing I might say!!!!
(review by Iakhos)

Convulse - World Without God (1992)

There's not much that I can say about this except that it's Finnish death and it's awesome. I like the way this guy describes it:
"Amidst the Finnish scourge of melodic black metal faggotry emerges a band so heavy, and so crushing, I recommend that you encase your balls in titanium lest you want them utterly flattened by this mammoth of a death metal album. Ever been strapped on your back to a flat surface with your neck arched backwards, head upside down then facefucked into oblivion? No!? Prepare for pain." (by dnelson @ Metal-Archives)

Accidental Suicide - Deceased (1992)

This is one of the creepiest, most eerie death metal albums ever recorded. This is an album for those who love the sounds of early-1990s death metal. It is a great album for death metal beginners and veterans alike. The guitars move quite quickly throughout the record, but the overall tempo of the songs is mediated by the drums, which run from slow to mid-tempo, with only a few fast parts. The strings utilize a foggy, blunt tone that is fuzzy without being ear-piercing or unclear. The bass is low and deep, with blunt attack and no punch (likely the bassist uses fingers rather than a pick). Add to this some vocals that rely on quick jumps from high-pitched shrieks to guttural growls in the same syllable, and the net effect is a sound that is gentle enough to convince you to let your guard down, yet for this reason manages to infect you with absolutely sickening melodies and tones. Sickening is just the right word, too: the songs make you feel like you're vomiting endlessly into an abyss filled with rotting green corpses, and I mean that in a good way. There are some moments on the album that will make any red-blooded metalhead burst into gore-obsessed giggles. to a pulp against the nearest concrete slab. This is one of the real gems of the genre, and is not to be missed. If you love that eerie early 1990s death metal sound, this is the album for you.

Accessory - Within Your Mind (1992)

This is really True Oldschool Death Metal with smal Thrash Metal influences. Also there are influences of such bands like as Morbid Angel, Venom, Terrorizer and legendary German Trinity - Kreator, Sodom & Destruction. Fuckin' great drums, fuckin' evil growling, fuckin' dark & agressive guitars, fuckin' pulse bass! Well, I'm fuckin' happy that I could to find and buy this disk. So I made a decision to rip it and share for you my brothers! Enjoy! Such music do not make now! But It's very pity that total playing time is very short. Only something about half an hour.

Morbid Angel Discography

Morbid Angel is an American death metal band based in Tampa, Florida. They, along with Death, Possessed, Obituary, Massacre, Deicide, Cannibal Corpse, and a handful of others were crucial in the development of the death metal genre and its standards, separating it from the thrash metal genre completely. UK music magazine Terrorizer ranked two Morbid Angel albums in its "Top 40 Greatest Death Metal Albums," with Altars of Madness appearing at number 1. Decibel Magazine also rated guitarist Trey Azagthoth as the number 1 "Death Metal Guitarist Ever". The band's songs are complex in arrangement, owing to the considerable technical skills of both Azagthoth and drummer Pete Sandoval (who also played in the grindcore/death metal band Terrorizer). According to Nielsen SoundScan, Morbid Angel is the third best-selling death metal band in the United States with sales over 445,147 in the United States alone and releasing the best-selling death metal album in the United States of all time, Covenant, with sales over 127,154.

When it all boils down to it, this really isn't a bad album....it's brutal, evil, and pretty headbangable, but it's also pretty forgettable. Southern Storm (2008)
Southern Storm is the kind of record that people will either praise endlessly or scorn excessively. With its relentless pace and dizzying array of riffs and vocal patterns, Krisiun’s latest offering will be talked about for years to come. Having jammed this record at least 3 times a day since I first heard it several weeks ago, I can safely say that I have yet to grow remotely tired of it. In a musical landscape overflowing with breakdowns, girl pants, and pig squeals it’s refreshing to hear an old school outfit release such a monstrous, memorable album. If more bands wrote records like Southern Storm the scene would be a better, brighter, and much more brutal place.

Fleshcrawl Discography

Fleshcrawl
Fleshcrawl, although their overall style has evolved over the years, remains quite similar- and often compared to such Scandinavian/Melodic Death metal bands as Grave and Dismember. Like these bands, Fleshcrawl creates a familiar, mid-range guitar tone with rapid tempos and short guitar solos consisting of fast, nimble alto-range progressions. However, the band's drumwork since the mid-to-late 1990s, composed mainly of high-speed, rolling double-bass drums and blast beats is comparable to that of many brutal death metal bands, such as Nile and Skinless, but at the same time, is down-tuned enough to not lose its kinship with the melodic death metal genre.
Occasionally, they incorporate organs and other instruments, such as trumpets and kettle drums into their music, particularly in their instrumental intros and interludes.
Fleshcrawl's lyrical themes are generally characteristic of typical death metal, and encompass such concepts as insanity, horror, doomsday, war, murder, misanthropy, genocide, gore, slavery, and sacrifice, among other lyrical concepts familiar to death metal

Debut album of young, talented group from St. Petersburg (Russia). The Album contains eight melodic and heavy songs, enriched by violin and synths, with lyrics in Russian. Abyssos - High-Quality Discography

Abyssos was formed in January 1996 by Rehn, Meidal and Söderlund in Sundsvall, Sweden. In February 1996, Abyssos entered the Hedberska Studios to record their "Wherever the Witches Might Fly" demo, which features 3 hymns of Atmospheric, melodic and witching metal. The demo was released on the first of September and Abyssos gained a great deal of interest from various labels. This demo has received a huge response from all over the world. Indeed, several bands, fanzines and radio stations believe that it was the best demo released in 1996 and indeed the best demo to come out of Sweden. Shortly after the release of the demo tape, the band signed a deal with London based cult label Cacophonous. In May 1997, Abyssos entered Academy studios, situated in Yorkshire (England) to record their debut album - "Together We Summon The Dark" which features 9 tracks of darkest Satanic metal and was unleashed by Cacophonous in October 1997. The album features some of the most spectacular Vampyric artwork ever to be seen in this genre. In November 1998, Rehn and Soderlund returned to British shores to record their second album for Cacophonous at Academy, entitled "Fhinsthanian Nightbreed" (unleashed In May 1999) which encompasses 9 tracks of symphonic Witching Metal in the vein of such luminaries of the genre as Emperor and Dimmu Borgir. This album also features more spectacular artwork and finished copies appear with a fold out Horror Film style booklet. Due to the exemplary nature of the album artwork, merchandise will also accompany the release.
Together We Summon The Dark (1997)
Rather interesting CD with the only one disadvantage -- the time of it's duration. More than an hour of black metal -- It's to long, besides to me. To get a real satisfaction it's better to listen to it by parts. The sound remind me In Flames -- but a bit slower and with common black metal vocal. The songs are long lasting. Its structure is rather comlex, that's why it's very interesting to listen to them. Another advantage of this Cd is it's lyrics, which remind me lyrics of Cradle of Filth. Carcass is considered the major inspiration and musical foundation for most gore metal and deathgrind/goregrind bands as well as being one of the founding fathers of melodic death metal.

Flesh Ripping Sonic Torment (Demo 1987)
If you're into really indecipherable brutal grindcore, this is a solid album. A must-have for grind fans and those who enjoy demos. It's impressive how much this band changed, even if the changes went downhill.

Reek Of Putrefaction (1988)
This is where goregrind started. This album is still one of the most brutal and extreme releases ever to hit the ground. The great meaning of it meaning of it is evident – many bands tried to copy the sound and the manner the album is written in.

Symphonies Of Sickness (Demo 1988)
All I can say is that this needs to be heard to fully appreciate what Carcass were able to create in their early days, and to fully grasp just how far they have fallen in such short time. Like I once said about another demo - hunt it down any way you can, and if you ever spot the original in any trade list, don't even hesitate one smallest fraction of a second.

This is undoubtedly the best goregrind album, and undoubtedly the best work of Carcass' masterful career.

Absolutely Carcass at their finest.

Tools Of The Trade EP (1992)
Another killer release from one of the greatest bands ever. Carcass are the unholy fathers of Gore, and this is just one of many testaments to their wickedness. The classic line up delivers another masterpiece. A must have for all true fans.

Heartwork & Pre-Heartwork Parr Street Demos (1993)
Heartwork is an absolute classic of the death metal genre. Very original and full of catchy riffs and interesting song structures. I can proudly say that without Heartwork, I would not be where I am today. This album, along with Immortal's "Sons Of Northern Darkness," got me into extreme metal. In my mind, Carcass is right up there with the HUGE innovators like Black Sabbath and Venom. They opened up many doors for extreme metal and helped create a style that has been copied but rarely equalled many times over the years. It's heavy and melodic, but not in the horrible Nickleback or Alter Bridge sense. In the good sense. It keeps extreme fast songs (Carnal Forge, Heartwork) while still making time for slower songs that still maintain an awesome level of heaviness (Buried Dreams, Embodiment). Definitly a must have.

Swansong (1996)
Many people (especially us metalheads) fear change, more notably when it happens to our favourite bands, since many times the change has been horrid (ie: Risk), but Swansong delivers a heavy, pounding, melodic and overall much different Carcass. Highly recommended.

Adramelech - Psychostasia (1996)

An unquestionable masterpiece of Finnish death. I'd describe it as a mix of Demilich and Demigod. Somewhat less odd than the former, and a bit more hard to grasp, and slightly more melodic than the latter. It has every typical characterictic of the style and it's one of the best you'll ever find.
