Samael are a long-running Swiss heavy metal band formed in 1987.
Although much of their music from the mid-1990s onwards has incorporated electronic sounds which would best define their genre as industrial metal, they are also notable as an early black metal band and innovator for post-black metal styles.
Their first demos presented a slow, doomy style of thrash metal with raw vocals, similar to that of Celtic Frost. Some of the songs would be included on Worship Him (1990) and Blood Ritual (1992), which was assisted in distribution with the help of late guitarist Euronymous of the infamous Norwegian black metal band Mayhem.
Around the time of Ceremony of Opposites (1994), the band started using industrial-styled song techniques, employed by the use of keyboards and (minimalist) acoustic percussion. By this time, they had also left French record label Osmosis Records and signed with Century Media Records.

Lake of Tears - Headstones (1995)
It was released in 1995, and it is "Lake of Tears" second release and they had already created their own style, a mixture of Gothic, Doom, Acoustic and Melancholy. And Brennare used a much cleaner voice on this record. And their own style is something almost any band can't get near, and they are so superior in Sweden in this part. (Only "Tiamat" can get close to "Lake of Tears"). One special thing with "Lake of Tears" is that their lyric is so easy, there are no Super lyrics, just simple, but oh so brilliant lyrics, and all the acoustic parts are wonderful and really fun to play.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra (often abbreviated as TSO) is a rock orchestra founded by Paul O'Neill, Robert Kinkel, and Jon Oliva in 1996.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra was founded in 1996 in New York City by composers Paul O'Neill and Robert Kinkel, and Savatage lead singer Jon Oliva.
In the recording studio, Trans-Siberian Orchestra uses a full 60-piece orchestra and a choir. As of 2004, their touring band included 14 vocalists, 14 musicians, and 2 narrators.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra released their debut album Christmas Eve and Other Stories in 1996, and it remains their best-selling album. Their 1998 release The Christmas Attic was similarly a concept album with a Christmas theme. In 2000, they released their first (and to date only) non-Christmas album, Beethoven's Last Night. Beethoven's Last Night is a concept album about Ludwig van Beethoven's last night on earth, during which he meets Mephistopheles.
After several years of touring, they returned to the studio with another full-length album, Lost Christmas Eve, and the accompanying DVD/3-CD release The Christmas Trilogy, which contained all three of their Christmas albums to date.

Amon Amarth
Amon Amarth is a viking-themed melodic death metal band from Sweden founded in 1992 in Tumba, named after a location in J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle - earth. The name means "Mount Doom" in Sindarin.
Formed under the name Scum, they switched to the name Amon Amarth in 1992 and released a demo recording, The Arrival of the Fimbul Winter, in 1994, selling all 1000 demo discs in less than 12 hours. With the release of the album Once Sent From the Golden Hall in 1998 their popularity rose on an international level and since has brought four multiple U.S. tours, two music videos and appearances in over 100 metal magazines.
